Went around mid-afternoon and were the last customers allowed into the lobby to order food. They had 4 staff at the time and understandably very slow because their drive through was busy and multiple pickup orders. We finally got to order after about 10 minutes and the cashier tried to be helpful when we asked what was the difference between two of the sandwiches, and after confirming there wasn’t mayo on one, we asked for the one he said didn’t have mayo. When we finally got our order and opened the sandwich, it had mayo all over one side and no other other sauce that was mentioned by the cashier. We went back to clarify and luckily they were able to remake the sandwich right away as they were no longer so busy as before with the drive through orders.

Hi my name is Tina Smith. I have never experienced a experience,Smart,loving, and most of all a very RESPECTFUL MANAGER. MRS. MONICA IS A AMAZING PERSON. I came on a Tuesday and they took forever in the drive thru. My was cold and nasty looking. I went inside and ask for the manager and Mrs. Monica came up to me and said. Hello welcome to burger King. How my serve you. I told her my problem and she made my order hot and fresh. Monica even gave me a Free drink and upgraded my fries. She is sweet and very respectful. She even said that my kids are too cute. Please keep Mrs. MONICA SHE IS AMAZING AND WONDERFUL. WE WILL Back on Monica sure as is Monica is there. Her crew are good. Thank you so much.

When I say I am amazed with the change that is happening here. First our food and service was awesome. Robert was making sure every guest received fresh delicious food. While eating we witnessed a lady approach him as he was working behind us and totally disrespected him but he kept calm even when called a racial slur. I later told him he handled that very professionally. He said the most relevant facts anyone could ever state. We can’t control others actions but we do have control of our reaction!!!! My husband can’t stop talking about him. We will return faithfully because nobody’s ever presented themselves as professional as he…. Great job 👏🏽
